    Why God Desires 24/7 Worship

We just recently finished 24 hours of non-stop worship this weekend at the missions base. It was incredible. Nine different worship teams from local churches and ministries ministered to the Lord Friday and Saturday as we offered Jesus a 24-hour offering of adoration.

I strongly believe that God desires 24/7 worship and prayer to be found all over the earth. In fact, His Word promises it:

“‘After this I will return and will rebuild the tabernacle of David, which has fallen down; I will rebuild its ruins, and I will set it up…” -Acts 15:16

God's Fatherhood Released in the Church | Part 1 - Tenney Olsen

This message lays out three issues dealing with fatherhood: 1) God’s father-heart in relation to His creation, 2) Developing a father-heart in parenting our children, 3) the great need for ‘fathers’ to be raised up in the Church to disciple young believers.

The idea that Jesus loves us as much as the Father loves Him (Jn. 15:9) empowers our hearts to break free from condemnation, self-pity and worthless goals. When we understand that we are adopted in to the family of God, rejection is broken off of us, we no longer strive to get affirmation from others, and we walk in the freedom of acceptance.

The Harlot Babylon: One-World Religion - Tenney Olsen

In this message Tenney speaks about the coming one-world religion spoken of in Rev. 13, 17 and 18: the Harlot Babylon. This religion will be based off of religious tolerance and pluralism. It will uphold the idea that all religions are viable ways to heaven.

It’s very important that we guard our hearts from the pressure to change our mindsets to tolerate all religions as ways to heaven, serving the same god. The Harlot Babylon religion is a pre-cursor voluntary religion to the coming mandatory worship of the Antichrist (Rev. 13:15).

Ministry Trip to Largo Day 4 Recap

My favorite moment tonight was ministry time. Nearly half the room came to the front to be prayed over and we had a great time singing heartfelt medlies like Heart After You, Majestic and My Soul Sings. I just really love getting to see the Lord minister to people from an up-close perspective. The Lord shows a new part of Himself and imparts a greater love for people when you are ministering to them. I was thinking today that what we say/sing/pray/teach these people can greatly affect how they view and interact with God. If we teach them wrongly, it can be detrimental. Talk about responsibilities and fear of the Lord.

Tonight my Dad spoke on what enjoyable prayer is and be affective in it. It was awesome and I’m not just saying that to make it sound good! He has come to a new level of focus and teaching that really had me hooked.

Here’s a few key phrases from tonight:

“The fate of this city is mostly dependant on if the Church is praying.”

    “God’s not boring, you’re boring.”

Ministry Trip to Largo Day 3 Recap

Two words: blown up. I love to watch people in the post-Jesus-encounter-blow-up-syndrome, where they are laid out on chairs, looking very coma-esque.

This day was my favorite so far. The Lord spoke to me at 6pm worship and reminded me of some things I had forgotten. Worship was also especially good that night for the main session. Holy Spirit was engaging our hearts throughout every worship song; it even led to calling forth the youth towards the end to be prayed over and release an impartation.

Renee’ spoke on what the groan of intercession is and how/why we partner with Jesus in intercession. She explained that we partner with Jesus because He delights to hear us and see our face (SOS 2:14.) There was some pretty intense times during her preaching where she cried and there was moments of heavy silence. She did a really great job!

Ministry Trip to Largo Day 2 Recap

More people came tonight than last night so the Spiritual engagement in the room was slightly heightened. Worship at the beginning was great. God released a lot of joy as we sang “no one else can love You like I love You Lord, cause I was made unique in Your eyes I was made to bring You joy.”

My mom spoke on old revival stories and how it we related to today.

Around 50 responded to ministry time and a lot of them were crying and being healed in their bodies and hearts as God released His love in worship.
